Foothills Art Center
The Foothills Art Center is worth visiting once you’re ready for a 5 block uphill jaunt up Washington to get there. Their exhibits rotate about every three months, featuring work focused on social commentary, local artists, or traveling installations in varying mediums.
If you combine your visit with the lunch buffet at The Sherpa House next door, and then a walk up the South Mesa—you will have covered all the bases: culture, excellent food, exercise…only thing left is to stare off into the sunset from the front steps of The Golden Guest House.
