The Golden Guest House is conveniently situated in the heart of Downtown Golden, Colorado. Designed to accommodate multiple families, retreats, and large groups, this home is the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and make memories. Featuring 2 different levels, extensive outdoor entertaining spaces, and beautiful views, this downtown home comfortably hosts and sleeps 10. Enjoy a vibrant neighborhood with an abundance of options for dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities, all easily accessible near The Golden Guest House.
Main Level: Features 2 bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom connecting them. Bedroom 1 features a brand new king size mattress, while Bedroom 2, offers a comfortable queen size bed. Both rooms feature compact workstations and ample storage options. The spacious living area features two comfortable sofas and plenty of versatile seating options, allowing you to enjoy activities such as playing games, watching movies, or simply admiring the breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains through the window.
Garden Level: Features a luxurious private king suite (bedroom 3) with a conveniently located flex area (bedroom 4) nearby. The spacious master bathroom features a large soaking tub, sink, toilet, and dressing area, providing ample room for your comfort. Additionally, with a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, guests in bedroom 4 can conveniently use the bathroom while ensuring privacy in both sleeping areas. Enjoy the ease of having laundry facilities, a kitchenette / dining area, and a separate entrance all on the garden level.
Front & Backyards: The front deck is small, but it provides a spectacular view of Clear Creek and Clear Creek History Park. There is a small charcoal BBQ in the backyard, with charcoal provided. Please be safe while using the grill. There is a private mini-apartment with a rooftop deck connected to the back of the property that you can enjoy. The rooftop deck is ideal for unwinding, staying active, watching movies, and immersing yourself in the stunning mountain scenery. Outdoor lights are on a timer to go off two hours after sunset.
About the Host
The host resides in the green addition located behind the house. While all hosts in Golden are required to be present on their premises, you most likely won't catch a glimpse of the host.
